Photography Editing Tools
Photographers have several photography editing tools available to choose from. If you’re newer to photo editing, you may wonder which to choose, or wonder which is better.
Whether you’re just a beginner or a pro, you need photo editing software to organize, optimize, and edit your images before uploading them to your photography website.

Here are the editing tools I use. I find them all useful.
Luminar 4
Luminar 4 has amazing tools and AI technologies for creative photo editing. Use it as a standalone photo editor & browser, or as a Plugin for Adobe & Apple products.
The AI Sky Replacement tool can change the look of your sky with one click. Need some sunbeams in your photo? You can add some with Sunrays Tool. AI Skin Enhancer & Portrait Enhancer smooths out skin, and removes blemishes. There are also 70 instant Looks to use on your photos. It’s pretty impressive what you are able to do with Luminar 4.
Photoshop & Lightroom
Photoshop & Lightroom is probably the most popular photo editing software that photographers use. I use Photoshop the most. You can get both Lightroom, and Photoshop when you subscribe to Adobe’s Creative Cloud. There is a Photographer’s Subscription if you don’t think you will need the other Adobe apps. It’s only $9.99 a month.
Presets
Save a lot of editing time with Lightroom Presets. There’s a wide variety of looks you can add to your images with presets. They’re quick, fun, and easy to use.
